1. Order Processing Times

Fragrance Orders:
All fragrance orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. -
Jewelry Orders:
Standard jewelry orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days as many of our items are made to order. This timeframe will also allow us to ensure quality and accuracy before shipment. -
Custom Jewelry Orders:
Custom jewelry orders require more time to create and will be processed within up to 30 days. We appreciate your patience as we craft a unique piece tailored to your specifications.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. We utilize USPS, UPS, and other third-party shipping companies to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
3. Signature Required for High-Value Orders
For orders totaling over $200, a signature will be required upon delivery. This ensures the safe receipt of your valuable items. If you are unable to provide a signature at the time of delivery, the package may be held for pickup or returned to the sender.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team.
7. Lost or Stolen Items
Avineda does not assume liability for lost or stolen items once the package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
8. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 36 Hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
