At Avineda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return policy under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Condition: All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable) included.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges on most items. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and let us know which item you'd like in exchange.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature, all custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Free Returns

Free Returns: We offer free returns within 15 days of delivery on eligible items.
Return Shipping: For items that qualify for free returns, we will cover the return shipping cost. For items that do not qualify for free returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered. Avineda is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@avineda.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will send you return/exchange instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to the return address provided by our team. Be sure to include your order number inside the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
