Avineda Jewelers Warranty Terms and Policies

Product Excellence Guarantee:

Our commitment to you is that every product purchased from us must be defect-free. In the event of any defects, you have the option to return the item for credit or replacement promptly.

 

- All Avineda Jewelers items are backed by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects encountered under normal wear, inclusive of the labor required for repairs. Please note that this warranty specifically covers only parts provided by us.

- Warranty services must be performed by Avineda Jewelers to remain valid; any unauthorized repairs will void this warranty.

- We assure that all jewelry at Avineda.com is genuine, authentic, and consistently of high quality and value.

- Avineda Jewelers, Jewelry holds no liability for consequential or accidental damages resulting from a breach of warranty, whether written or implied, including issues of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in which case, this limitation may not apply to you.

- Please note that this warranty is only valid within the USA.

 

Ring Sizing:

For a nominal fee, Avineda Jewelers offers ring resizing services for up to 1 month after purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items for resizing, and the process typically takes 2-7 business days. Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized, and any incorrect size orders for eternity rings are not covered under warranty. Additionally, a 40% restocking fee applies to returned eternity rings that do not fit.

 

Stone Replacement:

We offer free replacement of missing diamonds or gemstones on select jewelry for up to 3 months after purchase, except for jewelry items that have lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

 

Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty:

Our 3-month warranty covers only manufacturer’s defects and does not extend to the following:

- General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones.

- Water damage, despite our jewelry's moisture resistance.

- Fading or chipping of materials, which is largely dependent on handling.

- Lost or stolen parts.

- Damage resulting from personal misuse, negligence, or accidents not related to material or workmanship defects.

 

Instructions for Sending Items for Repair:

To initiate a repair, please email support@avineda.com with your name, company name, order number, item number, and “Warranty” in the subject line. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue with the jewelry. Do not mention the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. Include a copy of the original invoice with the item to be repaired. We will provide details on where the items should be returned to.

Ensure the package is insured for its full value and use a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

 

Return Policy:

If you wish to return your merchandise for any reason, we offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.

Instructions for Returns:

Include a copy of your invoice with the returned item(s). For items valued at less than $500, any shipping carrier can be used. For items valued at more than $500, ship via US Postal Service Registered Mail. Keep the return receipt for confirmation. We will provide details on where the items should be returned to.

Additional Policies:

- Loose diamonds are subject to a 3-day return policy from the delivery date.

- Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original boxes with applicable certificates. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations will render the item non-refundable.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.

- All original diamond certificates and a copy of the original invoice must accompany the return for a full refund. Failure to include original certificates will result in a fee of $200.00 per certificate.

- Avineda Jewelers is not responsible for lost packages or returns that do not adhere to the provided guidelines.

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and processing may take 3-5 business days after receiving the return.

- Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

- Please note that while we strive to represent our jewelry as accurately as possible on our website, variations in product colors and details may occur due to differences in computer monitors.
