• Eligible Items: Unopened items can be returned in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Jewelry: no returns/refunds exchanges only. Custom jewelry is final sale (no exchanges/refunds).
• Skincare: Non-refundable due to health concerns.
• Re-Shipping Fee: $25 for refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
