Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! Here’s what to expect:

• Fragrance & Skincare: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Jewelry: Standard jewelry items are processed within 1-5 business days.
• Custom Jewelry: Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

Shipping Options: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. We utilize USPS, UPS, and other third-party shipping companies to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.

Separate Shipments: Please note, fragrances and jewelry items will ship separately.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Return Window: Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Returns must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom Jewelry: Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Free Returns

Free Returns: We offer free returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
For items that are not eligible for free returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges: We allow exchanges on most items, except for custom jewelry.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and let us know which item you'd like in exchange.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Defective/Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery for resolution.

Re-Shipping Fee

A $25 re-shipping fee will apply for refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
