Shipping Options: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. We utilize USPS, UPS, and other third-party shipping companies to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery.
• Eligible Items: Unopened items can be returned in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Jewelry: Non-refundable; exchanges only. Custom jewelry is final sale (no exchanges/refunds).
• Skincare: Non-refundable due to health concerns.
• Re-Shipping Fee: $25 for refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
