• Non-Refundable Items: Custom jewelry and skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed, except for custom jewelry and skincare products.
• Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Defective/Damaged Items: Report issues within 36 hours of delivery for resolution.
• Re-Shipping Fee: $25 for refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
